A new scientific research article titled "Determination of Copper, Chromium, Nickel, and Lead in Mozzarella Cheese by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry Using Ultrasonic-Assisted Extraction" has been published by the teachers of the Kurdistan Technical Institute, Department of Nursing (Mr. Kazem Rahim Abdullah and Mr. Dilman Osman Abdullah) in the Academic Journal of the International University of Erbil (AJIUE).

This study introduces an innovative approach for identifying four heavy metals in food products like mozzarella cheese. The research emphasizes the precision and reliability of the proposed method through rigorous scientific validation.
