Military Medical First Aid Course

In continuation of the activities of Kurdistan Technical Institute, the nursing department for the presidential special brigade battalion 3 in coordination with the health workers union of the Sulaimani branch and health teams of the battlefields and military training center opened a military medical first aid course for Republicans in the capital Baghdad.
The aim of these courses is to spread health awareness and train the Peshmergas to protect their lives, relatives, and citizens in emergencies to protect them from death and disability and to get out with the least damage.
The following topics were discussed, and training was given to the participants:
How to move the victim to a safe environment in a scientific way.
How to open the victim\'s airway during tongue twisting.
How to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation, which includes artificial respiration and chest compression .
How to put the patient in recovery.
How to deal with a victim with a neck injury.
Rescue someone whose airway is blocked by external causes.
How to deal with external bleeding, shooting and leg fractures
how to fix fractures.
How to rescue someone bitten by snakes, scorpions, and bees.
How to deal with someone who is fainting.
How to deal with a burn victim.
