This comprehensive review assesses the effectiveness of zinc supplementation in managing acute diarrhea among young children. The findings demonstrate a clear pattern supporting the beneficial effect of zinc on reducing the duration, frequency, and severity of sudden diarrhoea episodes, offering critical insights to refine paediatric healthcare treatments.
